IA Design were engaged by CBRE PjM for building owners Credit Suisse to create an end-of-trip facility in the renowned Perth building, 190 St Georges Terrace. The new addition has given the building a new edge, with a lively colour palette to engage commuters.

The IA Design team have extensive experience in creating and upgrading end-of-trip facilities. Over the past few years, there has been a national push for alternative means of transport in CBDs and in turn, an increased use of bicycles to travel to and from work. With a growing need for end-of-trip facilities, our team is working with clients across Australia to meet their tenant requirements.

Our team worked alongside CBRE PjM to confirm the best layout of the facility within the car park, provided full design and documentation services through to tender and provided contract management support during construction. The final outcome is a modern well-planned facility for tenants to enjoy.
