IA Design was engaged by Sheffield Property to design and deliver base building upgrades and a full floor show suite in efforts to promote and draw tenants to a classic building and potentially lease floors. Recent studies shows that 87% of leasing transactions taken place in 2017, have had existing fit outs such as show suites prior to signed deals, demonstrating the major role show suites have in assisting owners in leasing tenancies. Improvement in building facilities, based on research and feedback, has also had tremendous impact on leasing opportunities.

Our show suites aim to appeal to a wide audience and so common and functional features including a reception or waiting area, an office, a breakout and open plan workstations are considered in the space planning and design. The convenience of a show suite means quick occupancy as tenants may be impartial to the time required to design, permit and build out a workplace. As a result time constraints are eliminated as the tenant are able to move in immediately.

The completed tenancy is an inviting, bright and modern environment effectively showcasing currently unoccupied spaces to potential tenants allowing the leasing agent and landlord to lease swiftly.
